Dr. Petro

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine,
Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA, Dr. Petro completed her Chief Residency at the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. A member of the American Board of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Petro is board certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Currently, Dr. Petro maintains a number of hospital affiliations including Northern Westchester Hospital, Mount Kisco, NY, where she is the Chief of Plastic Surgery. Other hospital affiliations include the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery and Medicine at Northern Westchester Hospital, Mt. Kisco, NY and Westchester Medical Center, White Plains, NY.

Dr. Petro is an active member and chairperson on multiple hospital and medical society committees, with emphasis on patient advocacy and medical ethics issues. She has repeatedly demonstrated her support for issues related to women. In acknowledgement of her work she has been awarded My Sister's Place Annual Leadership Award and Community Service Award for contributions to the prevention of domestic violence.

In addition to her clinical appointments, Dr. Petro frequently presents her work at medical seminars as it relates to research within her field. Her work is well published in professional journals. Dr. Petro specializes in all phases of aesthetic surgery for both men and women, as well as reconstructive procedures.
